Hilary Duff looking very sexy in her outfit

Hilary Duff was in New York City yesterday for her Live with Regis and Kelly appearance, and as you can see, she decided to dress like a zebra. Or is it a prisoner from the 50’s? Or better yet, a referee? Well, it doesn’t really matter. What matters is that the Duffster is looking like her usual smoking hot little self for our enjoyment.
